We operate one of the busiest restaurants in Birmingham serving nearly a quarter of a million diners each year in one of the finest settings in the country. We are seeking a talented front of house person who can multi-task between greeting customers, taking bookings and dealing with customers’ bills. We are prepared to train an individual who has the right qualities. Smart presentation, excellent manners, a friendly disposition, a great smile, outgoing personality, good and clear telephone manner and basic numeracy skills are prerequisites for us.

You also need to be capable of thinking on your feet, be flexible, not get phased by competing tasks and be able to explain yourself clearly to customers and colleagues. You will be required to work 5 straight shifts per week with rotating days off. Your working shifts will vary from 9.00 – 17.00, to 9.30 – 17.30 and 17.00 - Closing Time (12.30am to 1.00am). We will train you on our reservations system, on organising the table layouts, on greeting customers, answering the phone and managing invoicing / customer payments. You will be part of a team of staff in an exciting and successful business, working with people who are leaders in their field. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people.
